Zap-Tech Corporation Standard Warranty and Product Return Policy
90-Day Limited Warranty on Standard, OEM and Private Label Zap-Tech produced protector devices.
Zap-Tech Surge protection equipment is warranted to the Purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment. This warranty is non-transferable, and is governed by the following terms and conditions:
This warranty is in effect for ninety days from the date shipped from Zap-Tech Corporation. Claims made after this time will not be honored.
All products are sold in working condition. No warranty is made concerning the product’s suitability for a particular purpose, or its compatibility with other hardware and/or software.
Remedies for Defective Equipment:
Daytime tech support is available by calling our phone number: 1-888-727-1951. If a problem is diagnosed within the 90 day period, Zap-Tech will, at its option, return or replace the product with a refurbished or new unit of similar functionality or refund your money. If the product is to be returned under this warranty, Zap-Tech will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and inform Purchaser of return procedures. Failure to return the defective equipment to Zap-Tech within the limit of the 90 Day Warranty period will eliminate eligibility under this warranty. Purchaser must return defective product to Zap-Tech Corporation freight and insurance prepaid. Deliveries with freight charges due will not be accepted. Upon review of eligibility and conditions of claim, Zap-Tech will return any applicable replacement product to Purchaser freight prepaid.
Warranty Claims on Non-Defective Product:
Zap-Tech Corporation will not accept claims for non-defective product or product that is damaged from abuse, misapplication, improper installation, or acts of god.
Limitation of Liability:
Zap-Tech Corporation’s liability under this warranty is limited to the sale price of the product warranted. Zap-Tech Corporation is not responsible for any damages, expense, lost profits, lost savings, damage to or replacement of equipment and property, alteration or loss of software programs, operating systems, or data stored on attached equipment or costs of recovering, reprogramming, or reproducing any program or data stored in or used with the products, or other damages arising out of the use or inability to use the products.
No other warranties are expressed or implied. Purchaser’s rights under this warranty may vary from state to state.
Before returning the Product under this warranty, it is the Purchaser’s responsibility to submit proof of the date of purchase information in order to obtain an RMA number from Zap-Tech.
This Limited Warranty covers normal use.
This Limited Warranty does not cover connected equipment or software,
This limited warranty does not include service to repair damage resulting from neglect, accident, unreasonable use, misapplication improper installation or the servicing or modification by anyone other than Zap-Tech Corporation.
No warranty, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose, is made after the warranty period.
